The best way to the AMBULANCE, Crete, represented Greece in the world championship of rescuers made every year in the Czech republic with the participation of many countries, from Japan to Canada. The members of the cretan mission won the third place in the premier competition rallye Rejviz.
One important distinction that confirms that despite the problems of everyday life, the people in the AMBULANCE have a high professionalism and excellent training. The EKAB Crete has participated in the contest with two four-member crews, in the categories of doctor and paramedic respectively.
The group ems Crete consisted of the doctor Constantine Στόκκος and rescuers Stephen Τζανακάκης, Fanny Manages, Philip Charamis, Manolis Ροκαδάκης, Antonis Κουγιουμουτζής, Mihalis Markakis and George Νιργιανάκης.
In extremely difficult conditions and times to be ασφυκτικοί the Greek team managed to cope in the best way. Successfully passed all the tests, executed with impeccable way the scenarios were given to the contestants just a few hours. The incidents that were asked to address was simply, as one case of cardiac arrest but also more complex such as the management of a mass accident in a school from fumes.
The participants deserve a lot of credit as they managed to finish the first in a global competition with a lot of requirements, leaving the fringe countries that are considered to be much more advanced at the level of infrastructure and logistics.
