actor, director and teacher, George Λαζάνη, will carry out the Art Theatre in the tent in the street ΦÏυνίχου, Monday 5 December (18:30).
From the beginning of his artistic career and for more than 50 years, George Λαζάνης he devoted himself to the Art Theatre and the vision of Charles Coon.
After the death of Kun, 1987, bore the main weight of the survival and continuity of the Art Theatre, in accordance with the wishes of his master. As an actor he played 180 roles, creating unforgettable performances in the whole range of the repertoire, Greek and foreign.
He directed over 50 works from both ancient drama and modern, articulating his directorial reason, whilst remaining loyal to the principles of the Theatre Art.
In the event of Monday, my fellow actors, students of the graduates of the School, and colleagues, musicians and stage designers, they’ll remember the actor and director, teacher and friend. At the same time, will be shown a video with excerpts from interviews of George Λαζάνη and photographic material.
