Tempy: Gerasimos’ mother from the 1st car denies the lawsuit – “We don’t know the lawyer”

Gerasimos’ mother – Jason Georgiadis denies that she filed a lawsuit for investigating political and criminal responsibilities for the accident in Gerasimos is the only survivor of the 1st wagon of the train that collided in Tempe with the commercial train, with 57 people killed with his family ever since rising a Calgotha. In a statement his mother says she doesn’t even know the lawyer about this, and that she will speak for herself sometime when she chooses it. Gerasimos is now in a rehabilitation center in Boston, USA. In detail the statement “As I have been informed, today it has been filed, to the Special Appealer inquisitor Larissa, a memorandum which has allegedly filed a lawyer on behalf of my son and also on my behalf. I would like to state that I do not know this lawyer, I have never talked to him, not even by telephone and have not been aware of the content of this memo. By decision of the Single Member of the Court of First Instance of Volos, I have been appointed as my son’s sole judicial assistant and any legal action on behalf of Gerasimos should bear my approval and signature. My efforts are focused on the difficult battle my child is fighting at the Rehabilitation Center in Boston, U.S.A., and I am constantly on his side. At present I would not like to make another public statement. The time, in which I will speak publicly about what I and my child have suffered for the past 12 months, I will choose him myself.”
