This time they announced the return – says – 1,6 ec. € in the municipalities members of the ΕΔΣΝΑ (i.e. in the municipalities of Attica), which is due to – supposedly – on the social policy exercised by the operator.
This is a big lie and even coarse. And this is because, as is well known, the ΕΔΣΝΑ determines each year the annual levy will pay the municipalities, based on the waste of the previous, along, of course, with the annual cost of management. When I closed the current year, then rights are billing or refund for each Municipality.
1.6 ec. € well, which “returned” the ΕΔΣΝΑ in the municipalities (not all because some were asked to pay), are not the product of any particular social sensitivity, but it is money that some municipalities have paid the 2015 waste which ultimately is not transferred and that the ΕΔΣΝΑ had to return.
Features indicated that from 2012 onwards, and was applied for the first time the pricing policy of New york. 3854/2010, (euro / tonne), usually resulting rights of return to the municipalities of Attica. For the year 2012, the ΕΔΣΝΑ “returned” to the municipalities of Attica, greece amounts to eur 700.000 €, while for 2013, to 1.7 ec. €.
The refunds are due, on the one hand the consolidation of the economic operator, that during the last regional term relieved from a debt of tens of cm. € and on the other hand, the year-on-year (although the last two years has been reduced) reduction of waste produced, due to the economic crisis.
In his statements on the subject Yiannis Sgouros noted that “The policy of the government cannot be exercised with a cheap communication trick, and ασόβαρες communications, as such deliberately mislead the public opinion and the Media. Unfortunately, it turns out everyday that the reason of the new Regional Authority lacks credibility”.
