According to information of the newspaper “Phileleftheros” , the παÏαονοÏμενη had settled for the evening with a friend who happens to be friends with her ex-husband.
The girl after the insistence of her former husband in the morning on 6/12/2015 met in a petrol station.
The defendant forced the girl to get in the car to discuss their own issue.
Subsequently, led the complaining on a sidewalk in ΠαλουÏιώτισσα where there were no close houses and raped her.
The complaining was crying and tried to plead with him to stop and to take her home, but he kept on telling her that he would do “what he heard that he had done with another man”.
The ΚακουÏγοδικίο issued a sentence of six years in the 40-year-old.
