Securities and Exchange Commission: Withdrawal of the authorisation of the company Prelium

The withdrawal of the license of the company “Prelium Investment Services GDPE” today decided (2.4.2024) its Board of Directors. The Capital Market Commission also decided to impose a fine of EUR 120,000 on the company ‘Prelium Investment Services GDPE’ for not taking measures to protect its customers’ capital and its major organisational issues. He still decided: The imposition of a financial fine of 7,000 euros on the company “ELLAS FIN S.A. E.Y., due to the non-pre-term submission of financial statements (individual and consolidated) of the year 1.72022-30.6.2023. The imposition of a sum of EUR 3,000 to VIS S.A., as the annual financial statements for the use of 1.1.2021 – 31.12.2021 have not been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and International Accounting Standards.
