“And you may begin,” continued he, “of a possible future conflict in the three baltic countries, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia”.
“The story of maybe one day write that the biggest strategic blunder in history was the failure of American leaders to take seriously the possibility of a nuclear war between America and Russia after the end of the Cold War”.
Russia have the largest nuclear arsenal with at 7,300 nuclear warheads.
