At least 1 man lost his life and 4 were injured by being launched on a fishing boat off the Russian enclave located between Lithuania and Poland. The fire broke out under indistinguishable conditions so far in the fishing “Kapitan Lobanov”, broadcast Russian media citing Dmitry Liskof, a representative of district chief Kaliningrad. Liskov confirmed the death of a sailor and the injury of four others. The fishing ship was towed to the port of Baltisk.
