The restoration refers to a case αυτόφωÏης process, which had been formed at the expense of the Internal Affairs unit of the Greek Police, in July of the year 2014, when he was stationed in Corinth, with the rank of superintendent (the from 02-07-2014 Press release).
The above Officer has been relieved of all charges with the following irrevocably exculpatory Orders:
exculpatory Decree of the Council of the court of Appeal of Piraeus, for the offences of passive corruption repeated, and the violation of official secrecy, and
exculpatory Decree of the Council of Misdemeanours of Nafplio, for the offence of υπεξαγωγής documents repeatedly.
This Notice is issued pursuant to article 7 of law.2713/1999, at the request of the Officer.
