Pre-published action posted “I’m researching – Innovative” the 2021-2027 program and the invitation will soon be published, as the Ministry of Development has announced. The main objective of NSRF’s action is to link research and innovation to entrepreneurship and to strengthen competitiveness, productivity and extroversion of businesses to international markets, with a view to moving to quality innovative entrepreneurship and increasing domestic added value. It is recalled that the action is a budget of EUR 300,000,000 and was designed as a development of the successful action “Research – Create – Innovation” implemented during the 2014-2020 programming period. Applications for funding should relate to research and innovation projects and should be included in one of the four operations below. The interventions and indicative public expenditure (EUR) per intervention shall be: Research and Development by Business 60,000,000 Euro Business Partnerships with Research Organizations 180,000,000 Euros Development of Research Results 39,000,000 euros and Seal of Excellence for Business 21,000,000 euros. For the implementation of their projects, potential beneficiaries can design their research project by using a wide range of supported expenditure from classical research and development activities: industrial research and experimental development. It is noted that basic research and feasibility studies are not eligible research and development activities in the action. The action is aimed at enterprises with a minimum of a full (annual) management use, with emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises and research organisations.
