Because, article 26 of the recently ψηφισμÎνου law 4369/16 amending article 98 of the Clerical code as well as article 102 of the Status Code Municipal and Community Employees that regulate issues of tariff integration.
Because, the article 98 of the Clerical Code, provides that: “6. Work experience in a related field and seven (7) years which elapsed before the appointment, except in the public sector, be taken into consideration if it turns out. The terms and conditions of recognition of the past service, as well as any other necessary detail shall be determined by presidential decree issued on a proposal of the Minister of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction”.
Because, from the wording of this provision indicates the need to issue a Presidential Decree, but until today has not happened.
Based on the above, will the Minister:
1) What it intends to do, in order to resolve the problem that has been presented here, and for a long time?
2) Within how much period of time it considers that it will be resolved to the urgency of this issue?

H Mp A Piraeus and Islands, Agriculture Generation, in the context of the exercise of parliamentary control, has tabled a Question in Parliament on the subject: “Recognition of experience in a related field and seven years which elapsed before the appointment, except in the public sector”.
This question is intended to expedite the issuance of PRESIDENTIAL decree on the basis of the recently voted law that the whole of the MR. of Syriza voted, catering to a persisting request of all years of the interested parties.
The Member will return to the major issue and will inform any future development.
