However, officials of the Ministry of Education, spoke on “K” felt that the next freshmen year, applications for vocational training institutes will be reduced after the abolition of the base 10 for admission to higher education, many high school graduates will be introduced at a TEI. The riposte to this view is that the economic crisis the candidates would prefer to study in IEK near the family home rather than the “migration” into a regional low demand in the subject (eg zoology, etc.) TEI.
