Prosecutorial inquiry into police responsibilities in the murder of 28-year-old woman in the Aghios Anargyros

Prosecutorial investigation into any criminal responsibilities of police officers of AST Aghios Anargyros was ordered by the Athens Protodic Prosecutorate after the transmission of the file formed for the murder of the 28-year-old by her former companion outside ATH Aghios Anargyri. In the context of the preliminary examination it will be sought whether the police have committed the offence of violating duty. The prosecutor who will conduct the investigation will await the findings of the EDE. At the expense of the ex-partner of the 28-year-old he was prosecuted for manslaughter by intent, illegal weapons—arms and supply possession of drugs for his own use.
