Materials
1 package penne or other short pasta of your choice
200gr. spinach, washed and cut into medium pieces
150gr. blue cheese melted with a fork
250ml Cream DELTA light
1 tsp. sweet pink pepper χοντÏοσπασμÎνο
salt, pepper, freshly ground
Process
Step 1
Drop the penne in plenty of salted boiling water and cook al dente according to the instructions on the packaging. Two minutes before finished cooking, add to the pan and the spinach.
Step 2
In the meantime, put on fire a nonstick pan to burn, and pour in the Cream and the blue cheese. Stir with a wooden spoon until boil.
Step 3
Drain the penne and spinach and pour them in the frying pan together with a little bit of water boil. Add freshly ground pepper, cracked pink pepper, the basil leaves and stir.
Step 4
Serve pasta in dishes by adding extra κοÏυφοÏλες basil and a few whole-grain pink pepper.
