Circular for the payment of inheritance tax by transfer of immovable property in the Public and not cash prepares the ministry of Finance according to a document forwarded to the Parliament and presents the TELEGRAM.
The circular is expected to solve a major problem of several thousand taxpayers who were forced even in the disclaimer of the inheritance due to inability to pay the huge tax. With the implementation of the new regulation, taxpayers will be able to transfer part of the real property for the payment of all or part of the amount to which they would impute the irs.
As stated in the document “with the upcoming version of the as above ministerial decision, will be determined, among other things, the process, the required documentation that should be supplied by the taxpayer and to collect the relevant head of D.The.Y. of receipt of the application, as well as the body in which it will be sent the dossier of the case, supplemented as appropriate, in order to decide on the acceptance of the request”.
