PASOK’s proposal for disbelief – On what issues will the government leave

A motion of censure against the government has been tabled by PASOK. The recommendation will be made by Mr. Androuliakis. The government will be represented by Minister of State Makis Voridis. The meeting will be closed with the Prime Minister’s speech to follow a roll call vote. According to the Rules of Procedure and the Constitution, the motion of censure is accepted only if it brings together the absolute majority, i.e. at least 151 in favour of a different case, while at the same time removing the right to submit a new motion of censure for a six-month period. According to SYRIZA following the communication of Nikos Androulakis with the President of SYRIZA Socrates Famelos some additions and amendments were agreed which were accepted by PASOK. According to the same information, the motion of disbelief is made primarily for Tempe but there are references both to the rule of law and to the leak of emails and to interceptions. SYRIZA’s rapporteur will be Nikos Pappas. See live
