aspects of the equation that hurts after a score of recalls the big Greek defeat against the German doctrine of austerity. A defeat, that the well-known political client filter made from the outset inevitable, and ανισοβαÏή in terms of its effects on the population.
In the third memorandum, which was passed in August of 2015, there was the following wording: “For a more equitable society will need for Greece to improve the design of the social welfare system, so that there is a genuine social safety net, which will channel targeted their scarce resources to those who need them most. The authorities are planning to take advantage of the available technical assistance provided by international organisations on measures to provide access to health care for all (including the uninsured), as well as to create a basic social safety net in the form of a Guaranteed Minimum Income (GMI).”
A few days later, published a Report of the Commission for the catalytic effects brought about by the implementation of the third memorandum in the Greek population. This Report is considered well-founded concerns that the fiscal adjustments until 2018 would lead the country into a humanitarian crisis. The changes in insurance, taxes and the costs calculated, then, above the 3% of GDP by 2016 / 2017, and over 4% of GDP by 2018. I.e. more than 8 billion euros, accounting for the measures of eur 1,75% of GDP primary surplus target of 3.5% of GDP in 2018. And all of that if the reforms went ahead “clock”.
The questions raised in the Report was the way that distributed the burden of adjustment in the population and especially on vulnerable social groups, whether there is an adequate social safety net in the country and what reforms could affect positively to the new social situation will be formed. Expected that the structural changes in spite of the reactions they encountered, eventually I prevailed, and would stimulate employment and growth and would make the services of the state more accessible and cheap.
However, the Report of the Commission, as, indeed, every Report of a foreign expert for Greece, was not able to properly assess the factor of party-client state, especially of government Alexis Tsipras is upgraded constantly in depth and extent, and with every opportunity. As also was unable to correctly predict the reaction of the private sector in the reform warping, instead of consolidating the state, kill everything that moves in the productive sectors of the economy. The Report considered that “the reaction of the private sector may manifest only over time”. But events belied.
We could say that from August of 2015 to date, the political developments are shaped by three main parameters: the resistance of the customer and νεοδιαπλεκόμενου state, the reactions of the private and productive sector and the refugee. Audience of the last two parameters are the unexpected dimensions that have been taken, but mainly the uncontrolled dynamics.
Are three parameters that will remain active or with Alexis, or with Kyriakos, either with them together, and some of the others, but well-known. For the last six years the political system has been defeated in its entirety and with the people that support it. The various “parallel programs” are nothing more than readings of the unbeatable policy, and our national misery. Their need has already been predicted by outsiders, and their application is no longer necessary, even if some sad “rest of the metapolitefsi” manage them as opportunities Ïουσφετιών and transaction.
There are currently political movements that can integrate these three parameters into a creative Îξίσωση for the perspective of the country. For this, the everyday life of most citizens and, overall, the country is swayed like a waif there that break out the waves of the interests of the Great Powers. Like our history is repeating itself. Like a foregone anymore turmoil, social, geopolitical, while appalling, is the only possible next move. And not only for our own country.
In no case, however, we must not allow the poverty of a regularity in the life of most Greeks, as well as acceptance of the defeat of a corrupt political system, that even in the perfect storm of fantasy that can be saved by the ark a new nomenklatura.
In the conditions we have and the path that lies in front of us, a “parallel program” can’t handle defeat. It accepts it, but at the same time prepares and organizes the conflict.
