PAOK – Olympiacos for Super League playoffs postponed

As expected, the – for the 5th Super League playoffs race was postponed after the two teams qualified for the Conference League quarterfinals. PAOK – Olympiacos will take place on a new date for the 5th Super League playoff. Both the Thessalonians, as well as the Pirates exercised the right that allows them to request a postponement of confrontation—due to their participation in the Conference League quarter-final phase—a request that was automatically accepted. What remains is to decide whether the remaining games of the 5th race will be postponed or whether the games Panathinaikos – Lamia and AEK – Aris will become normal and thus remain pending the derby of Toumba. The relevant Super League update: “Olympiac FC and PAOK FC exercised the right arising from Article 22(4) of the Football Rules of Procedure (CFP) and submitted a document requesting a postponement of their match, due to participation in the UEFA Europa Conference League quarter-final phase.
