“Organic wine”. With the producers to they can from the 2012 to use and officially that term, organic wine is promoted with a rapid pace and is becoming more and more common. The organic wine

New rules of E.E for 2012
The new rules of E.E for 2012 contribute to the recognition of the wine to the public and transparency of the organic shape. For example, throughout the course of production prohibited the use of sorbic acid and desulfurization, while at the same time, the rules restrict the levels of sulphites. Something like this is capable to convert such rates to the minimum, compared with conventional wine. At the same time, the production is based on grapes of organic nature. The entire process is determined by the general rules of wine making.
Myths and truths
The organic grapes, it is not necessary to lead the producer in an excellent wine. If and are the most qualitative basis for the wine, the taste of it is based on the art of the winemaker. However, they have natural character, identity and authenticity that we can’t meet perfectly in conventional wines.
The production and demand of organic wines in Greece have a particular growth path, as there is a similar certification from the respective institution. In particular, the label of organic wine stated the logo of the E.E. and the code of the operator, which proves the organic production.

Prices of organic wines
Organic wines do not show particular differences in price compared with conventional. Their prices vary depending on the variety, the year and the quality, just the same as with the classic bottles of wine. The original price is around 6 euros, while the most common values ranging between 10 – 25 euros. Of course, for those wishing something more special, in the market there are organic wines with prices over 40 euro.
