In particular it expresses complete disapproval of both the unbecoming attacks on the institutional role of the Council of State, Court of widely recognized professional prestige and value, and for the lack of respect for private life and personal data of officers of the phenomena that are unfortunately emerging that συνδηλώνουν and contribute to the εκπεσμό the quality of public life of the country.
D.In the Union of the Judicial Officers of the Court:
(A) Recalls that the maximum pre-requisite of civilization is Justice (P. Freud), which is the first duty of the State (Alexander Hamilton). If absent, the justice, the political power is nothing but an organized robbery (Augustine) and the strength without Justice is nothing other than tyranny (Pascal).
(B) Notes, with regard to the denunciatory about Justice, recent statements by political actors, the political act must be the offspring of virtue (Plato), and that the righteous do not get angry (Euripides).
(C) Indicates the complete disapproval of both the unbecoming attacks on the institutional role of the Council of State, Court of widely recognized professional prestige and value, and for the lack of respect for private life and personal data of officers of the phenomena that are unfortunately emerging that συνδηλώνουν and contribute to the εκπεσμό the quality of public life of the country.
(D) Stresses that the control of constitutionality of laws is, in the Constitution, a fundamental requirement of the judicial function, and that in a democratic state is acceptable, the review of judicial decisions, as human creations, but it is a dangerous undermining of the institutional role of Justice and the principle of separation of functions.
