Nod positively in this energizing, healthy and low-calorie breakfast

All, we are women and all of us most days of the year we emphasize to all around us that from tomorrow we start a diet. Every Weekend, I’ll see you on… Monday, and every Monday we push the snooze on the promise.
If again we were to pay attention a little bit more our diet, then our body will change, the points would be reduced and we wouldn’t have denied anything in the end. A good breakfast, for example, can give us energy and, of course, to save us from the excess calories of a croissant with chocolate filling.
The recipe below is fairly healthy and you can prepare by night. Divide the ingredients in individual jars and place them in the fridge.
Materials (4 servings):
500ml almond milk
8 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of agave
240g, gluten free, granola
100g blueberries
100g raspberries
Garnish
4 strawberries (or pieces of pear in the winter months)
agave syrup
Execution
Take 500ml almond milk in a measuring cup and added the agave syrup and chia seeds. Mix until combined and then cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator.
Wash and dry the berries. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and mix the light.
Using 4 individual jars of a type and take a spoonful of the mixture like the first layer. Then he added, berries, granola and then repeat the layers for a second time.
A few pieces of strawberry or pear with a bit of agave syrup are considered necessary for a garnish.
