Nikos Chountis: “Unacceptable requirement Dijsselbloem for an amnesty of 3 foreign managers of the FUND”

the people’s Unity, Nikos Chountis, the content of the letter Dijsselbloem, which requires the government to αμνηστεύσει the 3 “foreign” strains of the FUND from the charge of “infidelity”, because, according to the Prosecutor’s office of the supreme Court, had damaged the Greek State with a 580 ec. euro!
More specifically, Nikos Chountis, with 2 questions to the european Commission and the Council, referred to in revelation in a Sunday newspaper, a letter to mr. Dijsselbloem to the members of the Eurogroup, expressing his displeasure about the persecution faced by 3 strains (Italian, Spanish, Slovak) to the FUND and demanded from the Greek government the αμνήστευσή them!
As reported by the Greek mep’s questions, with this letter, mr Dijsselbloem calls on the Greek government to proceed to legislation, which will be given amnesty for 3 experts for the above offences, for which the charges have been laid by the Greek Justice”.
It is recalled that these 3 strains, as it appears from the prosecutor’s conclusion of the supreme Court, facing a charge of infidelity “on the sale and leaseback of 28 buildings of the Greek State, which, according to the findings, harmed the Greek State at 580 ec. euros” (!!). It is not challenging the fact that these strains, were appointed to the BOARD of directors of the FUND, by the Eurogroup.
Continuing, Nikos Chountis stresses that “this letter offends the Greek Justice and eventual acceptance of -as it has been raised as a condition for the disbursement of tranche to Greece – will is essentially untimely demise.”
In conclusion to his questions to the Commission, asking it to answer directly, if it “adopts the view of “αμνήστευσης”, and with retroactive effect, of the above experts, who were appointed by a decision of the EuroWorking Group” and if “there is in another member-state of the corresponding protection managers from the crime of infidelity”.
Addressing the Council, calls on it to give a clear answer “on what Authority are referred to the above employees, who are paid by the FUND”, “who has the jurisdiction of a justice, in case of the existence of categories of infidelity”, as in this case, and finally, if you “confirms that the theme has been set as a condition for disbursement of tranche to Greece”.
