Mobility: incentives and facilities to their employees

Provision of incentives and facilities for employees who intend to… move in the context of the new system of mobility, provide for the proposals of the deputy minister of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction, Christopher Vernardaki.
With the obvious aim of the treatment of υποστελέχωσης in services that do not attract the interest of the public workers, the proposed system provides incentives for the positions in the border or in island services.
It is, for example, for incentives:

Grading of evolution,
The choice of service after a certain time (e.x. 3 years),
Point system in selection procedures heads
In addition, however, there is the possibility to extend the above indicative criteria, and in further cases of movements. Feature is that the minister closes in the proposals, by reason for promoting a positive perception of employees towards mobility, possibly with the introduction of incentives that will be linked to the white-collar careers”.
Facilities
At the same time, the text of the proposals, there are references for provided facilities to civil servants, in the context of mobility. In particular:
enlargement of the mutual μετατάξεων/secondments for employees of the same or corresponding industry and of the service of origin/host.
extension of the possibility of συνυπηρέτησης with a spouse a public official, as long as there are positions to cover the area – out of Athens – that it serves one of these.
