Without hesitation the government of SYRIZA, independent greeks, following the memorandum policy of previous governments (ND – PASOK), proceeded to the adoption of the new measures in… insurance and tax. Increases in many products essentials (food, heating oil, tickets, MMM, etc.), delivery the so-called “vultures” of red and green loans, taxes, real estate, and the complete dissolution of social security will be some of the barbaric measures. While the so-called “budget cutter” will bring a new wave of redundancies and reductions in wages to state workers. Also the sell-out – express public property (POST office, EYATH, ELVO, PPC, etc.) which literally the country for the next 100 years, completing the image of the memorandum of a disaster, and driving literally thousands of families in a state of great poverty and wretchedness.
So is preparing a second round of full privatisation of EYATH, which will bring about dramatic changes: degradation of water quality, increase of prices mrs.
So continuing unabated vacation supply and water supply from PPC and EYATH. So, after the thousands of vacation flows from the PPC, which are continuing, the COMMISSION follows a similar criminal policy, moving in massive interruptions of water supply to thousands of families (2.000/month!) even in those which are demonstrably experiencing a problem (unemployed, single-parent families, disabled, etc.) but for various reasons -e.g. the account is in the name of the owner, etc – I don’t qualify for the social tariff. The management of EYATH has moved a step further by stopping the water supply on Friday, leaving families for three whole days without water! This unacceptable way of thought of the management of EYATH to punish, and to confound all those who live in poverty.

The assembly of the Commission, taking into account all of the above requires the board of directors of EYATH:
(a) Immediate reconnect all of the cut υδÏοδοτήσεων,

(f) No to privatization of EYATH
Water is a social good and nobody can take that away from us. No home without water! Nobody alone in the crisis!
