βότÏισ the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. In accordance with the local εισαγγελικες authorities of the attack five soldiers were killed and at least ten were injured. The attack happened in the early morning hours in the limits of Culiacán, a city from where comes the drug cartel, Sinaloa, the former leader whose “El Chapo” Guzman, the notorious baron of the drug, was arrested again in January.
“Apparently, it was an ambush…we believe it was an attack members of a local drug cartel,” said an official of the prosecutor’s office.
It should be noted that Guzman is locked up in a maximum security prison in the northern city of Ciudad Juarez on the border Mexico-USA, and is expected to be issued in the united states.
