MEETINGS OF THE SOCIETY OF WORKERS WITH TT of Political Parties represented CONCERNING THE ACQUISITION OF THE PROPOSAL BY THE RT PIRAEUS BANK

(Title) Meetings held today by the club employees of the Postal Savings Bank with Mr. Alexis Tsipras (Chairman K. O. RH. RI.ZA), Mr. Andreas Lykourentzos (secretary Policy Committee New Republic), and Mr. Chris Staikouras (Eastern responsible for the policy area of responsibility in the economy of New Democracy) and Christos Protopapas (MP of PASOK), in the media for political parties developments regarding the proposed acquisition of TT by Piraeus Bank. The club meetings that had surrendered to its positions.
The Chairman of the Group SYRIZA’s called “ridiculous proposal of Piraeus Bank to buy the Postal Savings Bank and Agricultural Bank. He noted that “it’s like someone borrow when in need, and instead of returning your money to your request on to you buy the house.” He also pointed out that “those anticipated to welcome this proposal, have been fatally exposed not only because they look ridiculous, but it highlighted what interests are served”.
For their part, Messrs. Lykourentzos Staikouras and said that New Democracy is true for acquisitions and mergers, the economic crisis and support financial stability, but welcome the creation of a state bank pillars strong and viable. Moreover, they stressed that the offer and the history of the Postal Savings can not be measured by the sole criterion for this market value of shares.
Mr. Protopapas supports the creation of a viable public pillar in the banking system and referred to the positive results achieved in this economy of our country.
