The German chancellor is meeting at this hour the French president in Paris, with a view to the Summit, the EU and Turkey on the refugee.
François Hollande was greeted in the rain in the Angela Merkel at the élysée Palace in an attempt to reach a common stance in order to convince their partners to undertake a coordinated response to the refugee crisis that is threatening the cohesion of the European Union.
Paris and Berlin are seeking to force Turkey to honour its commitments to the control of the territory, which is a passage to Greece, the readmission of migrants who have no right to asylum and border surveillance. Turkey must also, in accordance with the Paris, to improve the infrastructure host in exchange for the amount of 3 billion euros promised by the European Union.
