Make chocolate truffles with ONLY 2 materials

for one of my very favorite candy of kids and is easy to fix at home.
With this recipe things become even easier as you will only need two materials. You must have 550 grams of chocolate and 300 grams of cream cheese.
Execution:
Melt the couverture in a bain-marie and after you beat the cheese until it becomes creamy stir it well with the melted chocolate. Put the mixture in the refrigerator until it becomes thick. Roll the mixture into 36 small balls and put what is left over from the mixture in a bain marie to melt again. Dip each ball into melted mixture and place on wax paper to dry. Be ready! Optionally you can pass and truffle chocolate.
