monitoring for parents of children up to 16 years of age, who attend elementary or secondary education. On the basis of the existing legislation (law. 1483/1984, article 9):
– the duration of the authorisation is a maximum of four (4) working days for each calendar year
– permission granted without a cut of the earnings
– the working parents are entitled to be absent a number of hours or the whole day
– if both parents are working, decide which of the two will make use of this license or if you want common use, they decide for how much time each, but cannot total more than four (4) days
– in elementary education and kindergarten
– where applicable, to more favourable arrangements under law, ACE, or Labour Regulations, shall apply to these
In accordance with the applicable provision of the National General HAA REACHED 2008, article 4) the licence monitoring granted independently for each child who is a student (or three).
