Large company of ELAS in the center of Athens – Dozens of arrests

In dozens of arrests have advanced since Monday morning (01.04. 24) the men of the Athens Department of Security in the centre of the capital in the context of its extensive in order to address “road crimes”. Since early this morning, men of ELAS during the big operation in central Athens, after gathering information, data and surveillance, have conducted investigations in many homes, while persons who have been handcuffed have reportedly been involved in burglaries, thefts and drug trafficking. The police operation is still underway, while it is estimated that at least 50 homes will be investigated.
