Julian Assange may appeal against his extradition to the US

The permission from a British court (High Court) to appeal against its extradition to the United States received today (26.03.2024) to WikiLeaks founder The London court decided that Julian Assange may continue the appeal against his extradition to a new full hearing, unless the United States provides “satisfactory assurances” as to whether he can invoke the First Amendment to the US Constitution and whether he might be threatened with the death penalty.
