in , who worked in the National Anti-Mafia Prosecutor’s Office, violated data banks with personal data over three hundred politicians, athletes and persons of the show working or working in Italy. This illegal activity of the police officer concerns the period from 2019 to 2023 and is mainly related to bank accounts and real estate purchases by the persons concerned in Italy. The entire case deals with Perugia’s prosecution, which began an investigation and whose figures and data are reportedly violated include footballer Ronaldo, Marta Fasina, a former comrade of Silvio Berlusconi, Italian former prime ministers Mateo Redsi and Giuseppe Conte, current Defence Minister Guido Crozeto and rapper Fentez. The Italian press points out that it should be ascertained whether a “brain” is behind these movements, a trustee and why part of the personal data, it appears, was published by a daily newspaper in the country. A moment ago the whole case was mentioned, in a statement, by Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni who stressed: “I think it is very serious that in our country there are public officials who spent their time breaking the law, with checks on citizens, simple and not, at their will, giving this information to the press, to some representatives of the press. Using data banks in this way has nothing to do with free printing.”
