The 70-year-old ΑντινόÏι was arrested Friday in Rome Fiumicino airport, after pressing charges against a 24-year-old Spaniard which is submitted to treatment for a cyst that had been detected in the ovaries of, in gynecological clinic in Milan.
The doctor has been put under house arrest in Rome and his license to exercise his profession for a year, reported police and judicial sources referred to by the agency AGI. He is accused of aggravated theft and physical damage. The Spaniard is a graduate nurse and had begun working recently in the clinic in Milan.
The judicial authorities in Italy suspect that the ΑντινόÏι, met randomly with the 24-year-old, hired her and she diagnosed her with a bladder with a sole purpose to steal the eggs. The woman claims that she was subdued, knocked me out and been operated on against her will, while the same thought just gonna do a couple of injections to address the alleged problem.
