According to the data presented in Parliament, eight (8) companies from the city of Ioannina, have requested and have been, subject to the provisions of article 99 of Bankruptcy Code (p.p. Ï€Ïοπτωχευτική resolution process), while, respectively, the number of the remaining district Courts of the Continent reached 19 for one in the Arta and the three (3) to that of Preveza.
From the official information available at this time the ministry, shows that overall in the period 2012-2015, 1.940 companies have made a request for the article. 99 and they came in the legal protection provided for in the relevant legislation. We note that the combination of the data comes from the General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumer Protection.
