Interference of the Region of Western Greece for the lighting at the entrances to the Highway in Messolonghi

The intervention of the Region of Western Greece caused the… major problem which has arisen in the lighting that exists in the three entrances leading from the National Road Antirrio – Ioannina in the Holy City of Missolonghi.
In particular, the configuration of the first two nodes (node TEI and Agrilia) is a project executed by the Ministry of Infrastructure and still has not completed the process of rendering the nodes of these in the management of Technical Projects in the Region.
Requested, then, in accordance with the Regional Infrastructure and Networks, John Ransom, a corresponding service of the Ministry to complete the planned actions, in order to receive the project and to be given to the Region and to ensure proper operation of our own Services.
With regard to the third node (Χαλαζιά), the company that manufactures the Ionian Street, proceeded to cut off power from the PPC and abolished the pillar feeder pillars, lighting-without any update of the Region, as it was required. For this reason, the Region of Western Greece has requested the company to proceed directly to those actions that will enable the lighting node.
“By understanding the problems created by the lack of lighting in the respective nodes, we make every possible effort in order the persons responsible to complete the lighting of the above nodes” concluded mr. Lytras.
