The Court found the Michalis Hatzigiannis innocent because it turned out that it concealed income and it was taxed normally. By the acquittal of the singer had been prescribed and the prosecutor.
The category involved in wire transfers of eur 5.3 million. euro was transferred to Cyprus, the time range 2010 -2011.
On 7 September, the singer was acquitted for the case of control of the finance function from 2009 to 2011, and from the Athens Administrative court of Appeals. Then, the decision provided for the refund of the instalments which he should pay in the form of adjusting -amount that reaches 800,000 euros – and the simultaneous lifting of all measures imposed against, such as seizures of property.
