The extension of the Achievement Motivator to employees of the Department of State Assistance for the year 2023 is promoted by including in the Ministry of Education’s bill for non-profit universities. The amendment also concerns those officials who were serving on 27 June 2023 at that Directorate for State Aid of the Directorate-General for State Aid and Assistance, which was transferred to the General Secretariat for the Rehabilitation of Natural Disasters and State Aid of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, and which is still part of the budgetary target incentive throughout 2023. It is noted that the expenditure is paid by the Ministry of Finance and is budgeted. The achievement of the objectives shall be calculated annually. In addition, for the purpose of granting the incentive to Head of Division and Head of Division he decides Secretary-General for Rehabilitation of Natural Disasters and State Aid.
