In Parliament the regulation for insurance capacity for debt professionals up to 100 euros

Professionals are guaranteed up to 100 euros in the article included in the Ministry of Health bill entitled “Public Health Actions – Arrangements to strengthen the National Health System” in order to have access to private health providers, doctors, diagnostic centers and private clinics. The Ministry of Labour Communication recalls that in accordance with the current legislation, in order to provide insurance capacity and therefore cover medical care and free prescription and private sector structures, e-EFCA insured persons should either fully pay their insurance contributions or have settled any outstanding debts and pay the instalments provided for in the regulation. Debts exceeding EUR 100 should be repaid once or in part by the insured persons in order to continue to enjoy the benefits of insurance capacity. It is noted that no citizen remains uncovered in his medical and hospital care, even if he has no insurance capacity, since he can use the structures of the National Health System free of charge, while special provisions exist for our special groups of fellow citizens such as children up to 18 years old, residents of areas affected by natural disasters, etc.
