“I just shot my kids and my wife, now I’m gonna kill myself”

With a calm voice, as if to say the most simple thing in the world, the Randall Coffland said, bluntly, in the voice of the 911 operator what was going on…
“I just shot and killed my kids, I shot my wife. Now I will kill myself,” he said.
The call was made last Friday and the murder had been done in the suburb of St. Charles of Chicago. Dead was 16-year-old twins Brittany and Tiffany Coffland and, indeed, from the hands of their own father, who then turned the gun on himself.
The phone call lasted about a minute and a half.
“I’m gonna kill myself now,” said the 48-year-old and gave his address on the answering machine that he was trying to keep him in line.
“Sir… sir… Stay with me, stay in line, sir,” she said.
The phone, however, is closed.
As soon as his wife arrived at their apartment, he told her that their daughters were dead. After he shot her in the leg and her frightened call to 911. Almost at the same time to call her and her husband.
“Jesus! My husband shot my children” she screamed while the operator was trying to calm her down and to know exactly where it is and if it’s safe, assuring her that soon would help.
“Oh, my god, my God,” screamed she, with shaky voice and heavy breathing, “please, come on, you shot me” were her last words before she started yelling her daughter’s name again and again.
The call lasted about seven minutes.
Why Randall Coffland killed his daughters remains unknown and police are still looking for motives.
The Anjum Coffland remains in hospital in a stable condition.
