The following 6 diseases can be treated with basic adjustments to the posture of our body as we sleep.
1. Pain in the shoulders

If you have pain in the shoulders, avoid to sleep on the shoulder that hurt. If you have to sleep on the other shoulder, place a big pillow at chest level and rest your hand on it.
2. Pain in the neck
If you have neck pain, do not place a pillow under your head. On the contrary, take a towel, wrap the roll and put it under your neck.
3. Pain in the back

If you suffer from stenosis of the spine, can offer great relief, if you have to sleep in the fetal position having a pillow between your knees. Sleeping on your stomach is not ideal, but if you do, place a pillow under your pelvis to relieve the pain.
If you prefer to sleep on back, place a pillow under the knees and place a towel wrapped in a roll under your back.
4. Plantar fasciitis
If you feel any pain on the feet because of the plantar απονευρωσίτιδας, make sure that the feet and ankles are in a relaxed position. Also, don’t stretch it too tight the sheets on the edge of the foot.
5. Gastroesophageal reflux

If you suffer from acid reflux, sleep on the left side of your body. Why? On the left side there is the lymphatic system. When you sleep on this side, helps you to experience the stomach acid.
If you suffer from sleep apnea, such as snoring and difficulty in breathing while you sleep, then sleep on the side. This will keep the tongue and the respiratory tract without obstacles. One way to not lie down in the back, is to put a pillow in the back.
