Heraklion: Padlocks in the schools – a Total of 40 schools are under occupation

One after another, high schools, high Schools and vocational senior high school of Heraklion and in all Crete, close with their students to engage in the occupation of their schools in protest of the situation in the field of public secondary education.
According to the latest data at the disposal of the Regional Directorate of Education of Crete at this time are under occupation 40 schools only at the level of the prefecture of Heraklion. More specifically, the students put a “padlock” in 23 Secondary schools, 14 General high Schools and 3 vocational senior high school.
In addition, the high School students are preparing for the big student mobilization that will take place in Heraklion in Eleftherias Square.
