How you make the mask:
Step 1: Crush in a blender the banana and the yogurt, until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Step 2: Then rub the mixture into wet hair. Make sure you put the mask all over the length of the hair, starting from the root.
Step 3: Wrap your hair with a damp towel and let the mask to be absorbed for about 10 minutes.
Step 4: go ahead and rinse your hair with water and then take a bath with your shampoo.
Tip: You still can, before you put the wet towel in your hair, to add in a few drops of your favorite essential oil (jasmine, lavender, cinnamon).
