Guilty 8 of the Polytechnic gangs were acquitted 16

His decision was handed down by the Athens Mixed Court of Jury, on the case of which she was dismissed and revealed in September 2022. The court issued its verdict condemning for individual acts eight defendants for Polytechnic city gangs and exonerated 16. The court’s decisions were adopted either unanimously or by majority. The court also condemned the alleged leader of the three gangs, the 30-year-old Albanian “Esko”, for a series of offences, such as gang, robbery, distinguished drug use and gun possession. He did, however, acquit him by majority for the attempted homicide against a police trial, as he was accused of attacking her with a screwdriver and injured her in the hands, during the police raid in Polytechnic City, in September 2022. In the decision on this arm the regular judges who held that the defendant should be convicted of dangerous physical harm were reduced. At this time the advocates of the convicted call for court acquittals.
