Odeon of herodes atticus – will offer the Thursday, June 9 at 21.00, the National Opera, in the context of social policy.
Considering the present social situation, the GNO offers for the fourth consecutive year, to the suffering of our fellow citizens, the opportunity to become partakers of a great work of art, with the aim to demonstrate that the lyrical art is not aware of social exclusions and restrictions.
With the magnificent “Aida” of Giuseppe Verdi, the National Opera opens this year’s Festival of Athens, on 10, 11, 12, 15 June 2016 at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus. The popular opera presented in a new production of the GNO, the renowned Opera Festival of Taormina, in music director Myron Michailidis and Ilias Voudouris, directed by Enrico Castiglione, with a multitude of renowned Greek and foreign μονωδών and with the orchestra, choir and ballet of the Opera.
The distribution of free tickets for the general test, will be done with a display of the unemployment card and the identity card of the interested parties, to the funds of the Olympia theatre Academy, 59 – 61, 210 36.62.100), Tuesday 7 June from 14.00 to 21.00 and Sunday 8 June from 10.00 am.m. until 21.00.
