A recent example is the interview of mr. The Association is aware that he can’t go in the German parliament (and in any event not before the German elections), stating that the IMF is leaving and the monitoring of the implementation of the programme remains in the air.
Well, if that were to happen, then, of course, mr. Schaeuble will go to the German parliament brandishing a fourth memorandum, a requirement that replaces this that Greece will be signed separately with the IMF. The latter, moreover, has stated that the entry of financial participation in the program involves the signing of a separate memorandum.
In short, the fourth memorandum is not the way out.
Indeed, when mr. Schaeuble says that, in the case of a withdrawal of the IMF, “the Europeans may come to their own solution” and that “in this case, however, you will need the Europeans to enforce what was agreed clearly more effective”, what exactly does that mean.
In accordance with the government’s propaganda… nothing! This told us the famous “government sources”! That the Policy nowhere refers to the fourth memorandum, but for a “new program”, because of the potential non-participation of the Fund, which will be implemented through the ESM.
The fact that the Association reported in their “own solution” (the Europeans) against the known “sources” doesn’t mean anything! It just means a continuation of the… previous solution!
Oh, yeah? Then why is she saying? If things were so, the Association would not say the simple “if you leave the IMF, the program continues with the ESM’s”?
For what to say that will be searched for some other solution and that the Europeans will have to care most effectively for the implementation of the agreed you?
Why to recall that “the current program requires the participation of the IMF” and that “if we continue on our own then we must ensure better the agreed. The role that we assign to the European Support Mechanism (ESM). In this case however we are dealing with completely new data and should ensure that prior approval of the German bundestag on”?
It does not mean that the IMF had a role and someone’s got to replace it? And yes, obviously, without a reduction of surpluses required by the IMF, this role will be even more tough?
And when he talks about “new data” and a new approval from the German Bundestag, does not mean that the elections may not bring to the parliament of something more “light”?
Anyone who is able to make a rudimentary political analysis understands that the Association wished to send three types of messages – to the IMF to the ropes, to the Germans, to reassure them and to Greece to force it to succumb to the requirements of the Fund so as not to come to the worst.
And what makes the Greek government? Whistles again necessary to raise (again) the propaganda that they fought and beat, just the “victory” had some extra painful sides!
We do not accept that in the midst of an election period, the Association wants to risk a fight in the German parliament, the “Alternative for Germany” (that is sagging in the polls and is already in third place) to rant!
Conclusion: The Association does not want to leave the IMF.
And it is at least ridiculous to argue the “government sources” that brought him Championships in the waters (!), because supposedly “admits” that “the Eurozone has the tools to support Greece and without the participation of the IMF”, a view that, as they say, the government supports here, and a couple of years.
Even more ridiculous is to listen to the government spokesman to us… reassures (like Jerry Rice) that we don’t have immediate financial needs, because we all know the financial needs of the country.
And of course, even γελοιωδÎστεÏο is pretending to be mr. Τζανακόπουλος the blasé, saying that “our problem is not whether the IMF will remain, or if the IMF will withdraw. This is a problem of the IMF”!
Finally, in this world, everyone has a problem except Greece of ΣΥΡΙΖΑÎΕΛ!
And to that end: The fourth memorandum (actually the fifth, because the fourth, supplemental, signed by mr Thanksgiving on 16 June 2016) is ante portas. I’ll sign with either the IMF or the ESM!
