Four border guards were arrested for torture in an immigrant.

The Internal Affairs Security Service arrested Thursday night (14/3/24), four , serving at the PRO. J.P. CA. Amygdaleza and against them a case-file was formed for – where appropriate – and synergy in torture. A foreign prisoner’s complaint was preceded, according to which on the night of the previous day, uniforms caused him physical harm. The search for torture led to the four border guards. Specifically, the investigation revealed that Wednesday afternoon (13/3/24) following an argument between the complainant and two more foreigners, two of the accused border guards struck the complainant in the face and at various points of his body. The other two border guards are accused of not trying to prevent or stop them, thereby accepting their actions. The alien was taken to a hospital, where after the necessary medical examinations and forensic examination, he was diagnosed with a rib fracture. The arrestees, with the case-file formed against them, were taken to the competent prosecutor.
