For thousands of pounds, auctioned notes of Diana’s

The handwritten notes of princess Diana, in one of which revealed that her youngest son was constantly in trouble at school, were sold yesterday…
at an auction in Cambridge. The price far exceeded the original target.
The six notes that belonged in the collection of Cyril Dickman, who was chamberlain of the Palace for half a century. Almost all of the princess was referring with tenderness to her children, the princes William and Harry. In one she wrote five days after the birth of Harry, on 20 September 1984, Diana said: “o William loves his little brother and spends all his time filling Harry with endless hugs and kisses, allowing it just barely to the parents to approach!”. The note was sold, compared to 3,200 pounds, while the initial estimate was 400-600 pounds.
In a second a few years later, in October of 1992, writes that the two young princes “is well and really like the boarding school although Harry is always in trouble”. Sold compared to 2,400 pounds, surpassing the original estimate which was £ 900.
Other items sold by the family of the Dickman was letters, postcards and photos of other members of the royal family, as prince Charles, princess Margaret, prince Philip and the same queen Elizabeth.
