Fasting beans

Ingredients for 2-4 people
500 grams of fava beans…
6-8 green onions
1 cup olives, sliced
2 carrots cut into cubes
Oregano (optional)
Salt
Execution
In a saucepan put 2 liters of water and once it boils, add the carrots and fava beans. The rip off as it boils, and when softened and starting to χυλώνει, add salt and stir regularly and boil it for about 20 minutes.
When ready, mash with the walking stick cutting, lower the heat and stir constantly for two to three minutes.
Finely chop the onions. Pour the fava beans in a baking dish and lay.
Just a bit of a cold and start and blends in well, add the onions, the olives and if we want a little bit of oregano.
We serve it on plates with the help of a spatula.
