E.E.K.Crete: “Zero payments” for παλιννοστούσα for three mortgage loans”

Vindication of the law.3869/2010 (indebted households) by the County of Chania, came… to give joy to παλιννοστούσα unemployed, borrowing, where the income of the affected, essentially ,by the economic crisis that has hit the wider Country .
Specifically, and in accordance with the announcement of the Union of Protection of Consumers of Crete, it is a borrowing, married, currently in a second marriage, with a daughter, an adult (married today ), which took three mortgage loans from a lending Bank, total amount 96.959,07 euro, where he bought land and a house.
In detail, the borrowing , he felt the debt to create economic pressure and suffocation, for the everyday life , due to the unemployment of the same and of her husband, with the result to apply to the Union for the Protection of Consumers of Crete and ask for the assistance of, for membership of, in new york.3869/2010 (n.Katseli)
On the substance of the case, it’s borrowing without income, is unemployed and she and her husband, aided financially by her daughter, who is married .
Assets at the disposal of, the borrowing has:
Prefabricated Housing, 84,5 and plot 357,71 sq.m
The County of Chania , for the mentioned reasons ,the rationale exists.602/2015 decision, judge both sides of the parties
1) ACCEPT the application,
2) ADJUST the debts of the applicant, with the definition of a monthly payment “zero payments” for the period of four years, in accordance with article 8 para.2.3869/2010 , as in force
3) HIGHLIGHTS from the divestment of the main Prefabricated residence of the applicant,
4) OBLIGES the applicant to pay on the creditor ,to the rescue, as the upper main housing of the amount of 203,35 euro a month for a period of twenty-two years (264 months)
5) a HEDGE of the debt of the δανειολήπτριας by 45% ie. had debt 96.959,07 euro and decreased to about half.
In conclusion, for the Union of Protection of Consumers, Crete, is considered to be an important decision as well as the debts from loans, which have been granted in the framework of state program of housing rehabilitation of repatriated emigrants, with a full guarantee and subsidy by the Greek State, under the setup requirements.
