Specifically, and in accordance with the Union of Protection of Consumers of Crete, which from the beginning were addressed to the borrowers and with the advice and scientific guidance were integrated into the new.Katseli, a and the out-of-court effort with the banks failed, it is for a couple with a minor child,where the husband was a debtor in a consumer loan ,and the spouse in a home, with the parents, guarantors and the two debtors.
The couple, when he borrowed worked for both of them, the husband as a plumber or a business that later closed, and the wife as a Private.employee, today and the two are treated the unemployed.Their only income is a rental .from a store of 500 euro per month, which covers living expenses for themselves and for the minor child.
As for the parents, guarantors, shall have the pension of IKA of the father, the mother, there’s never been a worker.
Assets,have all. so in residential real estate and agricultural . In spite of this, the applied for the rescue, it was a two-storey house, in which the daughter had high ownership and her parents ,had the usufruct of it.
The important thing in this decision focuses on that, the Court of Chania, decided to dispense with completely, the groom, and the mother, as it had no income from any source.
Also decided:
(a)In the payment of “zero doses” for a son-in-law , who has been a debtor in a consumer loan and in mother, and the daughter of a “zero payments” participated ,as a guarantor, the loan of the groom and wife of the second
(b)The payment of a monthly dose of 200 euros, by the guarantor father, for a period of five years ONLY
(c)Given a “grace Period” for a mortgage loan five years, for the daughter
(d)Rescue of the entire estate , for all ,for the reasons stated in the grounds of the decision,
(e)Payment by the daughter , dose 208,89 euro ,for 15 years, for the mortgage loan, after the deduction of the amount of the payments which it had paid , the guarantor father.
In conclusion : For the Union for the Protection of Consumers of Crete, but of the same family, is considered to be an important decision, which, relieved from the worry of debt, and from the daily nuisances of the box-office.
